Shipping policy

Once your order is complete, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship. Details of processing times can be found within the item listing description. If you are in need of an expedited processing time, please send us a message at hello@thepamperedcanine.com and we will do our very best to accommodate! 

All domestics orders will be shipped via USPS, and all international orders will be shipped using DHL, UPS, or USPS services.

*All international orders are subject to customs/duty fees. Customers are responsible for these fees.

*We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is unfortunately misplaced, please reach out to your shipping courier.
