Refund policy

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Simply, contact us within 5 days of delivery and ship items back to us within 7 days of delivery. You can also request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. To return or exchange an item, the product must be un-opened, unused and in its original condition in which it was received.  

Please submit a returns request with your order number (within the 5 day window) to hello@thepamperedcanine.com and we will respond with the return shipping address, as well as confirm whether an exchange/store credit or refund is approved.

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5 days for your refund to be processed, or for your new, exchanged item to ship.  

*All returns will be refunded to its original form of payment and does not include shipping fees.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
• Custom or personalized orders
• Perishable products (e.g., food items)
